All Lonia shoes are cut to a medium (M) width unless otherwise noted.

Payments are accepted via credit card, debit card, PayPal, After Pay, Klarna or Apple Pay with a valid United States billing and shipping address. Accepted credit cards are Visa, American Express, Mastercard, and Discover.

When placing an order, your billing address must correspond to the address of your credit card, or we will not be able to process your order.

All transactions are secured. The Lonia website is provided with an SSL encryption system to protect personal and payment data.

SHIPPING FEES & TIMING

STANDARD

Fee: Starting at $9.99

Delivery Timing: 2-7 business days from the time you receive a shipping confirmation email

Exceptions:

- If a standard order its placed over the weekend, the earliest it will ship is Monday

- Additional validation may be required for all orders and can delay delivery

- Alaska and Hawaii: Allow 5-9 business days from the time you receive shipping confirmation email.

SAME-DAY

Available to select New York Manhattan and Brooklyn zip codes. Please enter your zip code at checkout to confirm eligibility.

Fee: Starting at $15

Delivery Timing: Orders placed by 1pm (ET) Monday - Friday, will be delivered by 9pm

Exceptions:

- Orders placed after the cutoff, on weekends or Holidays will be processed the following business day

- There will be a signature required on all Same Day Delivery orders

ALASKA AND HAWAII DELIVERY

If you select standard shipping, your order should arrive in approximately 5-9 business days from the time you receive the shipping confirmation email, however, remote addresses may require additional delivery time.

SIGNATURE REQUIRED

There will be a signature required on all shipments above $50 regardless of service type.

Costs are calculated according to the distance of your order. All prices reflect U.S. currency. All orders are shipped by UPS and USPS.

With limited exceptions, valid returns are refunded in the form of store credit.

Damaged/defective items will be subject to an exchange if in stock.

All store credit and refunds that are due will be issued within 3 to 5 business days after the return is processed.

Clearance items may not be returned. All purchases are final on Clearance items.
