Shipping Policy
Getting your Lonia order to you safely
We know you’re excited to receive your order, and we’re just as excited to get it to you. Please review the details below so you know what to expect after checkout.
Order Processing
Most orders are processed within up to 2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Processing time is separate from shipping transit time.
Some made-to-order styles may require an additional 9–17 business days to process. If this applies, it will be noted on the product page.
Shipping Timelines
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. U.S. orders may take approximately 1–12 business days to arrive after shipment, depending on the shipping method selected and the final destination.
Shipping timelines are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, holidays, high-volume seasons, or other circumstances outside of our control.
Shipping Rates
Your final shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before your order is placed. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Shipping Address
Please make sure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout, including apartment, suite, building, street number, and any other required delivery details.
Lonia is not responsible for lost, misplaced, delayed, or incorrectly delivered packages due to an incorrect or incomplete address entered at checkout.
PO Boxes
We are unable to ship directly to PO boxes. Please provide a physical street address to ensure your package can be delivered properly.
Optional Package Protection
For added peace of mind, we offer optional package protection through InsureShip at checkout.
InsureShip helps cover eligible packages that may be lost, stolen, or damaged in transit. If you choose to add package protection at checkout and experience an issue with delivery, please contact us so we can help guide you through the claim process.
If package protection is not selected at checkout, Lonia is unable to replace, refund, or issue store credit for packages that are marked as delivered by the carrier but are lost, stolen, or missing after delivery.
Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages
If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact us within 10 days of the delivery date.
We are happy to help you review the tracking details and assist with next steps where possible. However, once a package is confirmed as delivered by the carrier, Lonia is not responsible for lost, stolen, or missing packages unless package protection was purchased at checkout.
We also recommend checking with neighbors, household members, your building office, mailroom, front desk, or local carrier before filing a claim.
Refused or Returned Packages
If a package is refused or returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal at delivery, the customer is responsible for the original shipping cost and any return shipping fees charged to Lonia.
These costs may be deducted from any store credit or refund issued, when applicable.
International Orders
For international shipments, duties, taxes, customs fees, and import charges are the responsibility of the customer. These fees are not included in the item price or shipping cost unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Customs processing may also cause delays that are outside of Lonia’s control.
Out of Stock Items
If your order includes multiple items and one or more items become unavailable, we may ship the available items and issue a refund to your original payment method for the unavailable item(s).
Order Review & Fraud Protection
To protect our customers and our business, Lonia reserves the right to review, refuse, or cancel orders that may be flagged for address issues, payment concerns, excessive returns, suspected fraud, or other irregular activity.
