LoniaBFF Terms of Service

By joining the #LoniaBFF Brand Ambassador Program (“Program”), you agree to the following terms and conditions (“Agreement”) set forth by Lonia Shoes (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). Please read carefully.

1. Eligibility

• Ambassadors must be at least 18 years old.

• Must wear women’s shoe sizes 10–16.

• Must have a public, active Instagram and/or TikTok account.

• Must live in a country Lonia currently ships to.

• By applying, you affirm that all information provided is accurate.

2. Brand Representation

As a #LoniaBFF, you agree to:

• Represent Lonia Shoes in a positive, authentic, and inclusive manner.

• Uphold our brand values, especially around diversity, body positivity, and size inclusivity.

• Avoid any content that includes hate speech, discrimination, nudity, violence, or illegal activity.

• Not promote counterfeit, conflicting, or competitive brands while actively participating in the program.

3. Content Guidelines

• Tag @LoniaShoes and use the hashtag #LoniaBFF in all promotional posts.

• Submit or post original, high-quality content featuring Lonia products.

• Content should be honest, non-deceptive, and reflect your personal style.

• You grant Lonia Shoes full rights to reuse, repost, edit, and publish your content across our marketing platforms including social media, website, email, and digital ads—with credit where possible.

4. Compensation

• Ambassadors will receive a 7% commission for each sale generated through their unique referral link or code.

• Commission is not earned on personal purchases.

• Payouts will be processed on a monthly basis via [PayPal or other method] and require accurate payment information.

• Lonia reserves the right to withhold or revoke commissions due to fraudulent activity or violation of these terms.

5. Discount Code

• Each ambassador will receive a personal discount code for their own use, valid only during their time in the program.

• This code is non-transferable and may not be shared with others.

6. Term & Termination

• Participation in the Program is ongoing but may be terminated by either party at any time, with or without cause.

• Reasons for removal may include: inactivity, misconduct, failure to meet posting requirements, or breach of this Agreement.

• Upon termination, ambassadors must discontinue promotion of the program, remove referral links, and cease using their discount code.

7. Independent Contractor Status

• You are not an employee, partner, or representative of Lonia Shoes.

• You agree not to claim or imply any such relationship.

• You are solely responsible for any taxes or legal obligations resulting from commission payments.

8. Confidentiality

Ambassadors may receive non-public information about upcoming collections, launches, or promotions. You agree to keep this information confidential unless given written permission by Lonia to share publicly.

9. Modifications

Lonia Shoes reserves the right to modify or update this Agreement at any time. All changes will be communicated via email or through the program portal. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of those changes.

10. Agreement

By submitting your application or participating in the program, you agree to abide by all terms listed above. Failure to follow these guidelines may result in removal from the program and forfeiture of any unpaid commissions.
