Return Window
Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery and shipped back within that timeframe.
Condition Requirements
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn and unused
- In original condition
- Returned with original packaging, including the shoe box and inserts
Returns that show signs of wear or are missing packaging may be subject to a 15% deduction or declined.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges based on availability. Exchanges are the fastest way to get the size or style you need.
If your requested item is unavailable, store credit will be issued.
Refund Method
All approved returns are issued as store credit in the form of a Lonia E-Gift Card.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- Store credit will be sent to the email used at checkout
Return Shipping
We offer prepaid return shipping labels for your convenience.
- The cost of the prepaid return label will be deducted from your store credit refund
- You may also choose to ship your return using your own carrier at your expense
We recommend keeping your tracking number, as Lonia is not responsible for lost or stolen return packages.
Processing Time
Returns are processed within 1–2 business days after delivery to our warehouse.
Final Sale Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Clearance styles
- Sample sale items
- Gift cards and E-Gift Cards
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.
Returned to Sender / Refused Packages
Orders returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, failed delivery attempts, or refused delivery will be issued as store credit minus original shipping charges.
