Sizing & Fit

Do your shoes run true to size?
Most of our styles run true to size. If you’re between sizes or unsure, we recommend reviewing our size guide or reaching out for personalized fit recommendations.

What sizes do you offer?
Lonia specializes in extended sizing, offering women’s sizes 10–16.

I’m between sizes. What should I do?
If you’re between sizes, we typically recommend sizing up for the best fit— especially for closed-toe styles.

Orders & Processing

When will my order ship?
Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Processing time is separate from shipping time.

Why hasn’t my order shipped yet?
Some styles may require additional processing time. You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Why was my order canceled?
Orders may be canceled due to inventory availability, payment verification issues, or billing address mismatches.

Shipping & Delivery

How long does shipping take?
Delivery times vary depending on your location and shipping method, but most U.S. orders arrive within a few business days after shipment.

Do you offer package protection?
Yes. We offer optional package protection at checkout through InsureShip, which helps cover packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged in transit.

What if my package is lost or stolen?
If you selected InsureShip at checkout, you’ll be able to file a claim for a replacement or refund if your package is lost or stolen in transit.

If package protection was not selected, we are unable to replace or refund packages that are marked as delivered by the carrier.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery and meet our return conditions. Approved returns are issued as store credit.

Do you offer exchanges?
Yes. Exchanges are the fastest way to get a better size or fit and are recommended whenever possible.

Do you provide return labels?
Yes. We offer prepaid return labels, and the cost will be deducted from your store credit refund. If you are selecting an even exchange as opposed to store credit, you will be billed for the label prior.

Payments

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards, Shop Pay, PayPal, and flexible payment options like Affirm, Afterpay, and Klarna.

Can I pay over time?
Yes. You can split your purchase into smaller payments at checkout using Affirm, Afterpay, or Klarna (subject to eligibility).

Product & Care

How should I care for my shoes?
We recommend storing your shoes in a cool, dry place and avoiding prolonged exposure to moisture or rough surfaces to maintain their quality.
