Returns: Store Credit

Merchandise must be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery.

With limited exceptions, valid returns are refunded in the form of store credit.

All store credit and refunds that are due will be issued within 3 to 5 business days after the return is processed.

The yellow sole must be in perfect condition. Returning shoes of which the soles appear damaged may result in a fee

Love Shoes

I order these shoes in a size 12 I think they run very small so you should order a size up I sent my size 12 back for a size 13 I really do hope that the size 13 do fit as I be on my feet all day at work. I also hope that there are more working low flats for me and other again I love these shoes.
