How can I setup a Wholesale Account?
 
How do I access Wholesale Pricing?
Currently we can only give you access to our wholesale pricelist when you have an account with us. However, you can always e-mail customer service and ask about your prospective cost. Please refer to the Wholesale Information page for contact details and account application forms.

What is the minimum order?
We offer a 2 case minimum purchase. That means you can purchase ANY two cases. They DO NOT have to be the same style.
 
How many pairs come in a case?
Our cases come with either 12 or 18 pairs to the case depending on the style. Refer to our wholesale catalogue to tell you how many pairs per case that style comes in.
 
Do the cases of shoes come with mixed colors?
No. A case of shoes will have either 12 or 18 pairs in the case depending on the style. Within a case of shoes you will get all of the same shoe in the same color with a range of sizes.
 
What sizes are in the cases?
Our shoes are pre-packed in various size runs. Below, we have shown you the various size packs:

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, Debit Cards, and wire transfers.
 
How much is shipping?
We ship orders of 15 cases of less via UPS. The shipping charges are determined by the weight of each case along with the destination postal code. Orders that exceed 15 cases will be shipped on common carries that have large discounts.
 
How long does it take for me to receive my order?
There is a 2-3 week lead time, from receipt of order, on all orders being shipped within the United States and that all orders are pulled, packed and shipped in the order in which they are received.
 
Where is my delivery? Can I track my package?
If you are a US customer, you can track your delivery on the web site of your shipping provider. You will find all the information you need on your order confirmation. Simply enter the pick up number in the appropriate field.

We are currently unable to offer tracking for regions outside the US but we are working to offer this service soon. In the meantime, please contact customer service. Please excuse the inconvenience.

 

What is your return policy? 
All returns must be accompanied by a return authorization number. Returns for unwanted merchandise are subject to a 25% restock fee with a $5.00 minimum charge. Samples are not returnable. All returns must be sent prepaid at customer’s expense unless prior agreements have been made. Please contact customer service for a return authorization and return address.

All returns and exchanges must be made within 7 days of the receipt date!
