What's a preorder? - A pre-order is when an order is placed for an item in advance of the item's release and/or availability date. Preorders make it possible for LONIA to accept customer orders for our items in advance of our official "launch" date. During the preorder period, your sales will accumulate. When your shoe gets in stock, LONIA ships to the address entered during checkout.
Why preorder? - LONIA will be introducing a shoe a month until the official launch date. These pre-sales are meant to generate a buzz and introduce even more people to LONIA.Pre-orders also inform us of what items will and/or won't sell based on the amount of orders. After the official launch, shoes will no longer be available at the discounted price.
What's the advantages of preordering? - Preordering guarantees you get your shoe prior to the official launch date, which is currently to be announced, of LONIA and at a discounted price. Sign up for our newsletter to stay informed. LONIA shoes are are highly in demand and will sell out quickly upon launching. Pre-ordered items are up to 50% off the retail rate.

Can I cancel my pre-order before it ships? - Yes, you can cancel your pre-order at anytime before it ships. Please contact us to cancel your order. After your order ships, you will have to return your item to us.
Will I be charged to pre-order? - Yes. All pre-orders will require full payment of all merchandise ordered, including shipping charges, at the time the pre-order is placed. We will always attempt to fill each and every order, but in some cases for reasons beyond our control (such as a case where the manufacturers changes a shipment date at the last minute) delays, augmentations, or cancellations may be necessary. In situations where manufacturers release product in waves or partial quantities we will always ship the oldest pre-orders first. If the customer wishes to change or cancel their pre-order before shipment, we will at the request of the customer, refund the full amount to the customer. We reserve the right to cancel any orders for any reason at any time, and will contact the customer (using the email address the customer has provided) but are under no obligation to obtain permission or acknowledgement prior to cancellation. Is my shipping free for pre-orders? - If you are based in the United States, your order qualifies for free standard shipping. You can choose to upgrade your shipping at checkout. Please keep in mind that this will go into effect upon shipment of ordered item(s).0 All other countries will be charged via USPS (United States Postal Service) rates.
When will my pre-order ship? - Your order will ship in about four to seven weeks after placing your order.

What if my pre-order doesn't fit? - You are welcome to exchange your item for a different size or return your item for a refund.
Can I return my pre-order after I receive it? - Yes, you have 14 days upon receipt to return your unworn, unused merchandise. For more information, please check out our returns page.
Can I find LONIA in any of my local stores? - At this time, LONIA is only offered exclusively via our website. Make sure you sign-up for our newsletter for store openings.
Can I pick up my order? - No, LONIA ships orders out via our warehouse. No pickup options are available at this time.
If I miss this month's pre-order will it ever become available again? - Yes, pre-orders will be available prior to launch and after launch. Items marked limited edition will be sold until they are sold out.
