I usually purchase US size 11/42, as 11.5/43 are hard to come by. These shoes fit like an 11.5, which is great! There is generous room so that your heel isn't anywhere near hanging off the back of the shoe, and the footbed can comfortably accommodate a slightly wider foot. Size 11 is appropriate for a true 11-11.5. I think a size 12 could even fit into an 11 if you prefer a tight-ish/molded fit without cramping your toes. These shoes are very sturdy with rich color, and the unique footbed stands out in a good way! I recommend these shoes!
