Runs small, the front was too pointy for my liking

The soes are way larger for a size 12 than they should be, whoch I consider a defect. No wayto get in touch with anyone, no phone number, custpmer service doesn't respons for 3 days, always an excuse. So I sent the hsoes back and now they will only gove me a store credit, not a refund. Think they are operating ouy of a foreign country. Beware!
