ALASKA AND HAWAII DELIVERY

If you select standard shipping, your order should arrive in approximately 5-9 business days from the time you receive the shipping confirmation email, however, remote addresses may require additional delivery time.

SIGNATURE REQUIRED

There will be a signature required on all shipments above $250 regardless of service type. Costs are calculated according to the distance of your order. All prices reflect U.S. currency. All orders are shipped by UPS and USPS.

Payment

Returns: Store Credit

Merchandise must be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery.

With limited exceptions, valid returns are refunded in the form of store credit.

Damaged/defective items will be subject to an exchange if in stock.

All store credit and refunds that are due will be issued within 3 to 5 business days after the return is processed.

The yellow sole must be in perfect condition. Returning shoes of which the soles appear damaged may result in a fee

Clearance items are final sale and may not be returned.All purchases are final on Clearance items.
